Coaching for High Achievers in Transition
You've worked hard to get here. The next chapter deserves the same intention.
High achievers are often the last people expected to struggle with transitions — but the skills that got you to where you are don't always map cleanly onto what comes next. Whether you're navigating a career pivot, a shift in identity, a new chapter after a major life change, or simply a growing sense that something needs to evolve, that disorientation is real. And it's workable.
I became a certified positive psychology-based coach in 2017, and over time my work has deepened into something specific: helping capable, driven people move through transitions with clarity and purpose — and come out the other side with a stronger sense of who they are and what they're building.
The Compass Method
My coaching is anchored in the Compass Method — a framework I developed to guide clients through the terrain of change. Rather than simply solving the immediate problem, the Compass Method helps you orient to your values, your strengths, and the version of flourishing that is genuinely yours. Think of it as finding your true north before you start moving.
Who I work with:
· High-achieving individuals at a crossroads
· People navigating career transitions or reinvention
· Anyone managing the gap between external success and internal fulfillment
· People ready to move forward with intention rather than just momentum
