How to manage your time when you have no time

It's Tuesday, and I've got a plan.
My to do list has been growing and I keep procrastinating on it because I don't think there's enough time in the day for me to accomplish what I intend to do.
But let me share something with you.
So far, my epic to do list, which comprises 7 action points related to business building is almost finished. And it hasn't even been an hour yet.
We procrastinate taking action because we think that we have big decisions to make or need to do something well or perfect to do it 'right'.
But what I can tell you, is that it's not the project or the actionable item that we procrastinate, it's STARTING that we procrastinate.
Procrastinating happens because we must push through resistance in order to move ahead. But the thing is, this uncomfortable feeling of resistance only lasts about 30 seconds when we choose to get going. And once we are moving, we're doing what we set out to do.
So if you look at it this way, we tend to put off taking action for 30 seconds of discomfort.
Crazy, isn't it? 30 seconds of discomfort is causing us to waste so much time that could be spent in activities we enjoy, or creating more art or starting new projects.
The bottom line is, you DO have time. You just need to be willing to feel uncomfortable for 30 seconds to move forward!
